my boyfriend went to get his haircut, which should only take about 10 minutes because he has short hair, and I know because I am in cosmetology school. he waited for three hours to get his haircut and then told me that every time he goes there he has to wait like 3 to 4 hours. he did not have an appointment but they take walk-ins and they’re losing customers for not being professional and on time with their clients.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled late Saturday morning to make an appointment for my grandson to get a haircut Spoke to the owner and he said he had appointments at 3:30, 4:30 and after 5:30 that day. I took the 3:30. We arrived on time, but the barber was running late. While waiting on the bench outside the shop, the man sitting on the bench next to mine commented that the barber was slow. When I agreed and said we had a 3:30 appointment he commented that his appointment was at 3:00; this was after 4:00. The 3:00 appointment got in the chair at about 4:30 and was finished at about 5:30. I expected that my grandson would be next, but the barber took a walk-in ahead of my grandson. When I walked in and told my grandson that we were leaving the barber asked why. I explained that I didn’t think that it was right to make us wait 2 hour past our appointment time and take a walk-in ahead of us. As I turned to leave the shop, the barber/owner called me a motherf***er. I returned to the shop and pointed out that I didn’t appreciate being called that, at which point the barber got in my face like he was spoiling for a fight. I didn’t give it to him and left the shop. Called late Saturday morning to make an appointment for my grandson to get a haircut Spoke to the owner and he said he had appointments at 3:30, 4:30 and after 5:30 that day. I took the 3:30.
