I paid $105.00 to get my daughters hair highlighted and trimmed. Horrible highlight job she is very unhappy with it!! I called the salon the lady laughed and told me she didn’t know what to tell me?! Horrible experience I don’t recommend. She starts school next week and now I have to put more money out to have it fixed!!! Hairstyling

When I got my hair colored, I had requested Jamie because of a coworker’s recommendation. Being a person who knows nothing about hair and how to properly convey what I want, I accidentally told her the wrong thing. When I mustered up enough courage to tell her I had screwed up, she did everything she could to fix it. She was extremely accommodating, understanding, and friendly about the entire encounter. At the end, she was nice enough to charge me for the three colors I had initially asked for, though I had actually gotten four due to the misunderstanding. Not to mention, my hair turned out just as I had wanted. I highly recommend Jamie 🙂 She’s experienced, smart in her execution, and very nice.

I recently called to make an appointment. Barber Nick told me “good luck” in finding someone who would schedule me a late appointment. He proceeded to say “why would someone need a haircut at 5pm anyway?”. Such a rude demeanor. I was so relieved to realize I misdialed my regular barber which is roffler’s in the Eastwood mall!
