Our daughter had a horrible event in life that caused her hair to become matted. She had Long beautiful curly hair that she loved and desperately wanted to save. I worked for hours trying to remove the knots before calling this salon in desperate need of help. We were told to come right in. Our saving grace was Crystal who gently worked to comb and detangle her hair for over three hours. Eventually we did have to cut it into a short Bob but she left with a beautiful cut! More importantly she was treated with compassion and kindness by the women at this salon, especially Crystal, in a time that her whole world had been shattered. I can not express my gratitude enough! Wonderful place, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people!!

My cut was so bad I promised to never go back to a salon and just wait until I traveled to NC to go see a family member stylist. However, Deb gave me an experience I will never forget.I walked in knowing I wanted an inverted Bob and several colors in my hair. That’s it. I didn’t really care about much, just as long as it looked good. (After the last cut I had I would have been happy with a bowl cut. Lol.) After talking to Deb I decided just to let her have at it! I let her make the decisions and she let me guide her through my mind.During all the processing, she explained EVERYTHING she was doing. To be honest, I just nodded because I trusted her and didn’t care what she did because I was SO comfortable! We told each other stories and felt emotions towards each other’s hardships. We shared pictures and memories. This wasn’t just a hairstyle – it was an experience that had value.After I saw the colors that intertwined as highlights and lowlights, I could have cried! It was amazing! Every strand of hair that was cut, was cut for a reason. She curled it and styled it to perfection. It wasnt what I was looking for – it was WAY beyond what I could have imagined!! I was a walk-in customer on a Saturday afternoon. After they checked the schedule and saw that I could be worked in, Deb cut my hair right away. She’s got the right attitude and great skill set. She does both barber and salon styles. Had a good cut and will be back if I’m ever back in Hinesville. Thanks.

This has been the one place that I have found to cut my son’s hair the way that I request. The other salons were hospitable but I’m happier with the outcomes I’ve gotten from the Roffler salon. I highly recommend.

First let me say that I’ve been going to this salon for 10+ years since moving to Hinesville & I have never ever had a bad experience. I went in yesterday to have a perm. I showed them several pictures if what I was looking for & what I wanted. As I was sitting there getting my hair rolled up, (its extremely long so it took almost 2 hours!) I was telling the stylist that I have naturally wavy hair and what I could already do with some moose & a diffuser. I also told her that I was looking for more defined curls than I could do on my own, hence going to the salon. When she was done, I was a little disappointed but I thought that maybe I could fix it better at home than we had at the salon so I paid & left a tip. I am now extremely disappointed in the amount of money that I spent only to end up with something that I could already do to my own hair for free. The end result looks exactly the same as I could already do with a diffuser, wavy like beach hair. No defined curls at all & some of it is still as straight as it was before. As a hard working veteran’s wife & mother to 3 children, I do not get to go spend money or time on myself very often at all! The last time I was able to have my hair done was 2 years ago. I feel extremely cheated out of my time & money to actually get some pampering & do something for myself because I ended up with something I already had to begin with!
