We are new in town and were looking for a nail salon, finally found this gem! They get very busy, so come in before 11am if possible. They have a clean restroom and their massage chairs are nice. The first time I tried coming here it was way too busy and had to go across the street. I’m glad I came in a second time (and early) there was virtually no wait. The language barrier makes it hard to communicate sometimes, but have some patience and whip out your google translator.

I got there around 10:40, there were only 4 people there for services. I wanted a full set and a pedi. They had me go to a pedi chair, and a lady started the water. Them a man came over turned off the water and had me come to his station to start my nails. He glued on tips, then 2 more guests walked in, and he sent me back to the chair, with the now cooling water. I sat there for almost 45 minutes before anyone came over to continue filling the cold water and turn on the jets. It went downhill more. I chose a red color, and ended up with a pink I didn’t even select. By that point, it was after 12:30 and I was ready to leave so I said nothing. Oh, and those 2 guests that came in were helped and finished while I say with cold water.

First time ever got eye lash extensions! Did not hurt and was reasonable priced. Game out good purchased medium length my sister got small length. Also had my eye brows waxed all by Tammy. Highly recommend the wait. Was definitely busy today.

The young lady who did my French manicure was super delightful and talented. The older lady who did my pedicure… rude. Not a smile, drumming on my feet to move them in and out of the water. Exfoliation over only parts of my leg. Completely missed my calfs with all treatments. I paid extra for hot stones, which were barely warm. The massage was like she was just rubbing lotion in, like most other places. Just very blah and hardly enjoyable. When will small business owners realize that mediocre service will not produce repeat customers. The search for an excellent salon continues…

Will never go here again. I walk in they told me about a 15 minute wait okay cool. I’m waiting there we’re ladies in the pedicure chairs talking about getting their nails done etc they were still in the chairs well they told me to come sit down for my nails, but when the other ladies got up from the pedicure chairs they told me to go back to the waiting chairs so they can do the other ladies nails that just got her pedicure finished! I left. Never again! Not fair

I walked in and said I wanted a pedicure, a soak off on my nails and my daughter wanted her toes and nails painted. No big deal. They gave me my pedicure, asked my daughter what color she wanted and I said orange and black nails on both. So she painted my daughterd nails all orange. Didn’t even do her toes. They move me to the dryer and as I’m sitting there for almost an hour I watch 3 people get nails done that came in after me. While stating at me speaking their language and finally I take my daughter to the bathroom and come back and they ask if I’m ready to pay. So here I am leaving with an upset 3 yesr old because she doesn’t understand why she couldn’t get her toes painted. No one said anything to me on why we couldn’t get our nails done or anything. My daughter is a great kid so I jist don’t understand. This isn’t me being a Karen buy I was there for an hour and 30 minutes.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been to this nail salon numerous times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The past several times the work that was done was subpar at best. The topper this time was i went in and right of the bat told them I wanted a fill and for my nails to be painted and I wanted a design. My nails were filled and painted. You could see the drill lines. They were uneven and I got the matte finish so you could see all the flaws. I asked about the design and was told that it would take too long and they were busy. Yes, they were busy but I was there first and I was also a paying customer just like everyone else. I was told to come back, well I couldn’t go back. The fact of the matter is they have very poor customer service and don’t bother calling… they don’t answer the phone and are not taking appointments at this time. They are very short staffed… they use to have several good workers who are no longer there now which is a shame. I would love to know where Jackie Tan went. He was really good. Best pedicure I’ve had in well over 8 years! She took her time, prices were very decent for the pedicure I received. The owner of the shop took time out of his day to walk an elderly woman to her car as well. All around amazing and professional services! They didn’t speak in their languages and make you feel like your feet were nasty either! Lol i will for sure be going back!
