I have gone to the salon for about a year. Usually the manicures are good. I always make an appointment at the end of my appointment for my next one. A few times the girl that does my nails has tried to bump me to another manicurist when a walk in arrives and asks for her. I always say no. Today I had an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure with Emma that I booked over a month ago. She wanted to start with the manicure, which I found odd since she always does the pedicure first. She rushed my nails and the sides don’t even have polish on them and didn’t even trim my cuticle or perform the shoulder.massage she usually does. A lot of walk ins were coming in. I understand that is business and revenue for them, but you don’t rush or shortchange people with appointments. When it came time for my pedicure she was going to have someone else do it. I told her I would skip it then since my appointment was with her. It is really poor business practice to push off a customer with an appointment for a walk in. I left without a pedicure and just scheduled one with another salon for tomorrow morning. They just lost a regular customer. Incidentally, my friend that recommended the salon to me no longer goes there because they did the same type of thing to her. It really is a shame! I liked Emma and her work most of the time.

Went there once for a gel manicure and it chipped off in less than a week but the girl was sweet so I decided to go back and check how much a full set of acrylic nails would cost and they said it’d be $75?! I took myself to another brand new gorgeous salon and got them done there for $45. I asked why it was so expensive (was interested in knowing if they did anything special) and the girl goes “idk I don’t set the prices”. She could’ve at least tried to convince me.

Decided to have half leg wax and was very disappointed with service and prices. Half Leg $35.00. ( Foolish me to assume half leg included knees and toes), said it would cost extra to have both knees and an additional extra cost for the little hairs on toes. In all my years of waxing, i didn’t even need to ask it was automatically done. I will never return to this salon!

If I could give 0 stars i would. This place is awful the lady who did my nails put the tips on crooked, she didn’t even cut my cuticals and when I asked her to make my nails square she gave me an attitude. I wish i got her name but never again!!
