What an awesome experience. My regular dermatologist moved to a Salt Lake clinic and I didn’t want to drive that far since I live in northern Weber County. I did a search to find a dermatologist close by and Rocky Mountain showed up. They got us in quickly, both the appointment and actually seeing the provider. The doctor and his assistant were fabulous. It made me happy that I had to find a new provider since I don’t have to go to South Ogden anymore. This place exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to our next appointments.

I CANNOT say enough great things about Dr. Young, Marsha (Martia/Marcia/spelling?-I’m sorry if I didn’t spell your name correctly), and the staff at Rocky Mountain Dermatology. They are so personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable, but even more impressive was their with fantastic bedside manner and great senses of humor. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard with a medical staff. They were great at educating me about each step they were taking, were incredibly patient and willing to answer my questions, and helped me feel comfortable. If you’re hesitating at all, just call. You won’t regret getting in with them.

I waited almost an hour in the waiting room for our first appointment- without being acknowledged at all after signing in. I understand if busy , but I was the only one in the waiting room for most of that hour. I’m also not an impatient person but I am the director of a business. If I leave someone waiting for me 1) it’s rare because I’m an organized person with an organized staff 2) I acknowledge the person waiting/apologize/ and do everything I can to make it right. None of that was done. We walked out and will simply take our business elsewhere. Also- I have been home from the appointment for hours and no one even called me to say “Hi-heard you walked out…sorry about that.” It stinks when you feel like your business isn’t worth ANYTHING at all. What’s weird is that you have great reviews – I’m wondering if you have changed ownership? I had to let you know this happened for my own piece of mind. Thanks … for nothing.

Amazing! Nic was awesome and listened to me. I’ve seen many dermatologist for my skin issues and no one listens and just prescribed things that never worked. Ana was amazing as well as she made sure everything was documented correctly. Very happy with my visit and treatment plan.

I have tried to be patient but there were just too many things that have gone wrong. I waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment. I get it things run behind, and I’m willing to wait for quality care. However, when I was seen the PA had to ask me 3 different times what face wash I was using and said to call them and come in if my condition was bothering me and got painful. That’s why I came to the doctor, because it was painful and bothering me….
