I had my nails done by Lili today and she did an amazing job! I am so happy with the outcome. Not only did she do a great job, but I could really tell how happy she was to be doing my nails, despite the fact I needed 7 different colors for what I wanted. In other salons I’ve had people not hide their annoyance at something like that, so I was relieved. Highly recommend her. I got a gel manicure and design on every nail, total was $50.

This was HANDS DOWN the worst mani/pedi experience and result ever. I felt incredibly rushed, it was such a transactional experience. The woman doing my nails didn’t want to listen to me and barely spoke when I asked questions. It was ridiculous.

I don’t regularly do my nails but on special occasions I have gone to Rock Star. Each visit – including this one – has been great. Their attention to detail is excellent and they have consistently done quality work. I had Mia today who helped me match a polish I brought for my toes to a gel polish for my fingers. She took the time to put the 2 colors on 2 different fingers so I could see and compare the looks. I would highly recommend her to anyone. One thing to note is the nail artists always seem to convince me to up my pedicure to a spa pedicure. It’s a $20 increase but well worth the price difference. I always seem to need the extra work on my heels. Maybe if I went regularly I would not have this unplanned expense. Nonetheless it’s a very enjoyable way to spend an hour.

The staff should be ashamed of their service. I’ve been a regular customer here and spent $75 on a full set only for my nails to begin popping off days later. After already having to get one nail repaired (after only 4 days of it being on), it fell off AGAIN causing my nail to gush blood leaving me in excruciating pain. I returned and asked for them to soak the nail off and they told me it would be a charge even though this now my second time having to get the same nail fixed in under two weeks. I went to another nail salon that took the nail off for free and said it was a rushed and sloppy application. I’ve never had a bad nail experience, you just lost a customer.

I’ve only been here a total of three times and today will be my last. I kept trying to give this place a chance but 3 unfortunate manicures puts a strike in it for me. Last week I had a dip powdered manicure done. The lady who did my nails, although was very kind, did not do the best of job. 4 days in, my manicure began to crack and chip off. My nails were not filed properly so some of them looked chunkier than others. I paid $55 plus gave a generous tip for my manicure to not even last a week. Today I called to see if they would just remove the manicure because my nails looked awful. I inform them my nails has cracks right through the dip powder and was chipped beyond understanding. I asked for my manicure to be removed as I was tired of looking at how awful my nails looked. I was informed because I missed the window to have my my nailed fixed they would have to charge me $15 for remove my manicure. Upon arrival I informed the front desk that I unhappy that I had to pay extra for removing a manicure that should have lasted at least 2 weeks. It lasted 4 days. I showed them my nailed and where all the cracks and chipped edges were. They said “Well that is our policy”. I wouldn’t have had an issue if they tired be more accommodating and offered a partial refund. It’s not like they wouldn’t have made the money back, with the volume they clearly can handle. But they only offered to charge me more, and then they informed me they could redo my nails for 50% off! Why would I pay again to have my nails done when they weren’t done the right way the first time? Even at half off that’s an unacceptable offer. I work very hard for my money, and I paid $55 plus a generous tip for a manicure that I then paid to remove. I didn’t not get the service I paid for. I minds well have taken the cash I paid and held it right to the flame on my stove top. I will not be returning to this location. And upon reading other reviews with similar issues, I’m not the only one who will not be returning.

I almost cried of joy leaving. This was the best experience I ever had at a nail salon. Jojo was incredible. She was so kind and patient with me and had so much attention to detail. I also got a shoulder massage from Jason that was better than any massage spa! Leaving they have a holiday gift, made me feel truly so special I haven’t stopped smiling. I will be a forever customer, thank you!
