Critical: Professionalism, QualityUnprofessional and Overpriced. I was back in town for a wedding so I brought my mother here. Super disappointed. We paid $55 each (not including tip) for the basic pedicures. They didn’t remove calluses or use any type of scrub on our legs and feet. They did apply lotion and put one towel draped over both legs versus a hot towel wrapped around each leg like most places. The techs kids were running around, climbing on the couch and rolling around on the chairs. The whole time she’s yelling at them and she even stopped the pedicure a few times to go help them. Very cute and sweet kids but we felt like we were in a daycare not a nail salon. All the other wedding party paid $25 at a different salon for relaxing pedicures that included callus removal and foot scrub while we paid $55 for an unprofessional experience. Unprofessional and Overpriced. I was back in town for a wedding so I brought my mother here. Super disappointed. We paid $55 each (not including tip) for the basic pedicures. I made an appointment online with Rockstar for 3 different services. I had to cancel because of the time. They private messaged me to reschedule so I did. Showed up a half an hour early and they acted like they had no clue they even had the appointment for us. So we waited because they were going to figure out how to get us in.
