My regular salon is currently going through renovations so I had to find somewhere temporary. This place had good, recent reviews. I went in I just wanted basic coffin with black polish. I already had the coffin shape. I don’t know what this shape is but its bulky and just not appealing in anyway. And they left me with globs of wet polish UNDER my nails. I went and bought a 100 grit nail file and a bottle of black polish and reshaped them myself. I paid $60 with tip to just have to do it myself.

My nails look disgusting. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life, not only are my acrylic french tips thick and messy they are also very weird looking. The white is way too much and it just looks like a 3 year old did it. I will never be going back. ever.

My two daughters(18 &12 years old) had an appt for today at 3:15p, the appointment was made last week. My eldest daughter was supposed to have old acrylic nail removed and replaced, pedicure and eye brow wax. My youngest just wanted a gel manicure with rainbow nails(different color polish on each nail).

Twice I went there and I was very dissatisfied with the service, but the second time I went the person who attended me named Sue was trying to hurry up since they were closing at 7:30 and taking the gel polish she hurt my nails buffing and peeling the Polish. She didn’t wait the necessary time for the polish remover to do the job. My nails were really brittle and they started to break after the second gel manicure. This place is a disaster. I will never go back.

The prices are too high for what you get. I got a pedicure that was basically a basic foot wash. Nothing that usually is included at other places took place. My nails are uneven and the polish is bumpy. My feet still have calluses. The manicure was ok but they charge too much. I won’t be going back. And, the atmosphere was mediocre. Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: QualityI payed way too much for something I didn’t ask for. I got French tip acrylics and the woman said that it would be 5 dollars more for one coat of clear gel nail polish. The gel nail polish should be apart of the manicure not something payed extra. I showed her a picture and she didn’t do what I showed her. Instead of a pink acrylic base she used clear and she just used the tips as the white nail polish, which I didn’t expect. Maybe I should have been more clear but, for the most part most salons I go to are able to do what I show them and this place can’t if you want something customized like that.
