The quality was good. A bit aggressive with the hair dryer and the blowout and it was too hot. I wish they had prices for just the trim. Ended up getting wash, cut and blowout as that was the most basic thing. I have alopecia so I’m super careful about my hair. Would not go again as it does not fit my needs or style.

Critical: QualityI have never did a review I’m not a person to complain but yesterday I ask for my hair to be cut past my shoulders agreed with the lady what haircut I was going to get. Well she cut it up to my ears and than said oh I thought that would look better not only that it’s so uneven and to short now to even get it fixed unless I shaved my hair off. I never heard of someone cutting many inches off your hair with out asking !!!!
