I’m a Therapeutic Bodywork and Massage Therapist, specializing in Rehabilitative Massage Therapy and Corrective Exercise. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, STRETCH AND FLEXIBILITY COACH, and CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST. With experience working alongside Occupational Medicine Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapist and Physiatrist. My goal is to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issue with posture, balance and total body coordination. When the goal is to optimize movement quality, we can see results in reduced injury and increase movement efficiency.

Highly recommend any and all massages done here. The massages here were the only thing that made my injury better.
