Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI felt lucky to be squeezed into a cancelled appointment to get a trim before a trip. Several inches of hair, a dry cut, and being visibly devastated later, I have a dry, unruly, uneven mullet. I told the stylist I didn’t like it and she said it would “grow out nicely” and that hair is a renewable resource. I’m going on my honeymoon, I look like Joe Dirt, and my wallet is about $70 lighter for it. Enter at your own risk.Edited: my stylist was Keely; it’s been about a year, my hair is still growing out, I had to cut inches off of the back to match the mullet front and ended up with a lob, which is not at all what I wanted. I felt lucky to be squeezed into a cancelled appointment to get a trim before a trip. Several inches of hair, a dry cut, and being visibly devastated later, I have a dry, unruly, uneven mullet. I told the stylist I didn’t like it and she said it would “grow out nicely” and that hair is a renewable resource. Critical: ProfessionalismI Followed my stylist here but every time I go the evening receptionist is rude, unprofessional, and always on a power trip. The final straw was cancelling my appointment without speaking to me because I did not feel comfortable leaving my credit card information on file over the phone. I expressed that to him and my stylist that I did not want my cc info on file over the phone but was still cancelled without knowing. Unfortunately, I will not be getting any services in the future at this salon due to the lack of professionalism and the ever changing policies, as well as the attitude from the evening receptionist. The made up credit card policy on file is very sketchy to say the least. They charged a friend that I referred when the stylist cancelled on her and did not want to credit back the money. I Followed my stylist here but every time I go the evening receptionist is rude, unprofessional, and always on a power trip. The final straw was cancelling my appointment without speaking to me because I did not feel comfortable leaving my credit card information on file over the phone.
