This salon is fantastic. Not only does it provide amazing service the overall ambiance of the store is wonderful. Perfectly made soaps, clothing and handbags from local businesses are highlighted in a small shopping area and there is always something new to see. Sadly, they killed my hair. I was using them for a while and a good customer. I decided to try getting a keratin treatment that unfortunately turned my hair Orange!! They were unsuccessful at toning out the brassiness and then had the audacity to tell me that they can’t help me and that their salon is not a good fit for my hair. Wow. I watched transformations on Instagram all day long and they couldn’t simply fix my hair. I’m still stuck with terrible hair. It’s going to cost me a fortune to fix and they are not willing to take responsibility and correct it.

I tend to rock a short cut and she is the only person I let cut my hair lol. Just this past week I decided to color my hair for the first time ever and it came out perfect!!!
