Hands down the BEST salon I have ever been to! Every person in there was so friendly and the atmosphere was so incredibly warm and welcoming. It was my first time doing a bright color and the stylist (Kendra) made me feel very comfortable, especially with how nervous I was about getting the right shade. She took her time and made sure to teach me all of the aftercare I’d need for the future.

Critical: QualityI had my first appointment here on 08/07/21. I was serviced by Aubrey. My hair is destroyed. I had requested an ashy blonde balayage and walked out with….I don’t even know what. I was there for my appointment starting at 1 pm and walked out of there at 6 pm holding back tears, bleach at the base of my neck, and with wet hair. I stayed there as long as I could until I had to leave to pick up my infant son. I planned to be there until 5 pm, I figured that was enough time for what needed to be done. But the only thing that was done in that time frame was bleach and an attempt to color my hair. I tried to give Aubrey the benefit of the doubt by being patient while it took her two hours to bleach my whole head. I trusted that she knew what she was doing when she had to go back and retone my hair because she told me that my color didn’t take. My hair feels like straw. The color is uneven, patchy. Horrible horrible. I was supposed to get my hair blow dried, a hair cut and styled and none of that happened. So today, I had to call the salon three times before someone answered only to be told the manager is not in on Saturdays and to leave a message. I paid 230$ for a nightmare.
