Got no chip nails and they chipped within 2 days. Some also started cracking. The nail shapes were uneven and the technician would not give me choices for the colors (I had wanted a red so she brought our 4 options, none of which I liked, and would not bring out the remaining colors. I eventually picked white just because I had no other options. Horrible horrible job. I went to Eden nails in Bartlett less than 5 days after this nail job and got my nails redone. I would not recommend this place. Other smaller boutiques in the area provide better service.

I had never been here but tried them because our normal placed was booked up. I liked the ease of making the appointment online and how nice the place was inside. That’s pretty much all that we liked. I took my 11yr old daughter with to get her nails done before school started. First when we walked in, we had to fill out a form which I asked questions about since we normally don’t come here. It was hard to get answers as the receptionist was busy and didn’t seem to know how to answer everything. I also didn’t get a manicure like I normally get at my regular place because they charge everything seperate. As it was with just my powder dip and no Mani it was more then my other place with Mani. Then we finally got down for the pedicures. They started my daughter’s water first and 10min later finally came over and started mine. The pedicure was mediocre. They don’t really scub your feet and they just rub the lotion on your legs, no message like other places. The paint job on my nails look nice. The girl who I had didn’t really do well with the flower design tho. Also on the paper we filled out it asks what complimentary drink we wanted. No one ever have us a drink. Next we did the powder dip nails. Normally I get these done and have no chipping or cracking for 3 weeks from my regular place. It’s been exactly 7 days and both thumbs and one finger have chipped and cracked. For the amount of money I paid I would have like to get at least 3 weeks. 7 days is sad and a waste. Plus you can see on the pics that my cuticles look cut. She didn’t do a Mani but tore up 3 of my cuticles with the drill. After which when she put the liquid on my fingers to clean them or what ever it burned so bad. Needles to say we will not go back there again. Very disappointed.

Sue has been my acrylic manicurist for almost a year. Sue is very good. Keeps my nails nice and short, as I like them. Nails do not pop off between visits. Clean salon with complimentary drinks. My favorite thing is you can book your appointment online.

I’ve come here many times in the last year half. My usual choice of service are a both a mani, and pedi. The staff is not the warmest, but for the most part are kind. I know they’re busy most times, but I feel as though I am on an assembly line. I’ve had several different techs, which have all been very nice.

Honestly I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the service isn’t what it use to be. Every time I get my nails done I get passed around to different nail techs and they seem to have an attitude. And if you ask to talk to the owner he’s never around or busy to talk. Dip powder

I had such great experience at Rock Star Nails when I got my nails done (Full Set w/ design) yesterday. I was a walk in and it was my first visit with them. My nail tech KeKe listened and paid attention to details to what I wanted, and the outcome of my nails are amazing! Everyone at the salon are very friendly & helpful. I love the interior design and the cleanliness of their place of business. I will definitely come back again and recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers.
