I have been coming here off and on for a few years since being refered to Evelyn by a doctor. Every once in a while something doesn’t turn out how I hoped but lately there seems to be an issue more frequently. I was here a week ago today and while washing my nails I found a crack. They fixed is by buffing down and then putting more dip on it. There was a slight difference in color. Yesterday, another nail broke and I was told that they would fix the one but I opted out bacuse I didn’t want another difference in color. Today I came in and asked for a discount if I had them completely redone which they gave me 50% off and I was happy with that. Last time I was told to speak up if something was not right so they can fix it right then. Today as I was having my nails done I asked if one hand was darker because it was wet when they put the setter on the dip. All the way through buffing and the final coat it was never fixed. Maybe I notice it more than others but I thought I thought I would leave this here.

Do not go here!!! For one my pinky nail broke within 6 hours, the other one broke 2 days later. So I went to go get them fixed. They said they broke due too my nails being too long. So I asked if they could shorten them so they would last longer. Which they charged me 10 extra dollars to shorten them.

It had been a long time since I had my nails done. Last time I had them done was at a place next to Walmart on Rangeline, and it was awful. It took me more than 12 months to decide to have my nails done again, because I’m always afraid I’ll come out feeling worse than I did going in.

It’s somewhat hard to tell from the picture but the Polish was already turning brown and yellow after only two days. I do not normally wear my nails in a square shape and the technician never asked me how I wanted them shaped.

Took my wife on a Pedicure date. Super busy still didn’t wait long at all. Probably the best experience I have had. Lady spent some extra time making sure my nails were good and shaped right. Not sure how often you supposed to do it but im not waiting a year next time. The staff is very polite and let you relax in the awesome massage chair.
