I’ve gone to Rockstar Nails several times and the service has always been fine, but I kept returning because it’s so convenient. However, this will be my last time going after the rush job on these gel nails. They turned out really lumpy, messy, and very uneven. The woman had me waiting for an hour while other customers were serviced and then rushed through my nails in 15 minutes. I’m so disappointed, this was not worth nearly 40 dollars.

Horrible experience. Everything was rushed. My nails were messed up and my daughter’s nails were messed up & they were rude & talking about us speaking up about it. Will not be returning. The woman had me choose the $40 pedicure & didn’t even message my feet for more than a minute. Each nail is a different shape. They didn’t even have me wash my hands for the dip….

I have never gotten such a terrible manicure or pedicure. The staff were rushed and didn’t buff or file my nails. I got regular polish and it was uneven, bubbled up, and sloppy/messy. I requested they fix it and they just got clear polish over which made it worse. The staff didn’t change gloves between clients and the whole place smelled like sweat.

Rock Star always does an amazing job! They are limited in the number of technicians who can do extensions and they do not offer the current trends of custom mail art but they are pros at a standard manicure and pedicure!

I’m certain that the gentleman who did my pedicure has never picked up a nail file or used the pumice on anyone before. I’d be surprised if I found a license for him and would question the validity if I did. The woman beside me spent 5 minutes trying to ask if they had clear polish yet the woman doing her pedicure insisted she use a light color. I will not be back.

I have tried this place over a handful of times, each time I kept going back thinking “this time will be better” because I really wanted to like it here. The first time I went I got a pretty good pedicure, but the paint job, and nail services on my hands have been horrible. My 2 year old daughter could have painted my nails better….every time I go- the woman are nice but extremely pushy to upsell services and get more money even after you tell them no. I kept pointing out there was paint all over my nails and skin and she kept telling me it was my fault because my nails were so short. They are just sloppy…the nail polish left bubbles and was not a good quality- I think they put alcohol in it to make it last longer. I will not be returning again unfortunately.

All the bad reviews about this place are true. I had a really bad experience in there my first time going and I will never be back. The workers in there really don’t know how to do nails they just pretend like they do. Stay far away from this place!
