Lorely Ramirez did a very sloppy haircolor and ruined my practically brand new linen shirt and when I sent her a picture she apologized and said she would pay me back but now 3 weeks later no money has been paid and she said I should not have worn an expensive top, I have never gotten such an unprofessional hairstylist, then she handed me off to the owner after I threatened to post a review and she apologized and asked if I would take a fraction of the value on my blouse .. I don’t believe it’s right I paid Lorely her $240 and tipped $60 so with. But to be fair the owner and the rest of the stylists are not to blame

She blocks off extra time so she can focus all her attention solely on the process for a platinum, she is ultra super careful to check it constantly to be sure she doesn’t compromise the hair’s integrity. She will not damage the hair. She got the style on-point! I drove from Alpine to see her in Odessa, and I will continue to drive the 2.5 hours for her to maintain my color and style (super short pixie with a shaved undercut and sides). I am happier than I even thought I would be with my results!The shop is clean and welcoming. Everyone there was very friendly, and the charge for services was less than I expected.
