Tiffany has been doing my hair for about 8 years now. I won’t go to anyone else now. She is the only person I trust to do my hair correctly. She took me from 4 different colors of box dye (brown shades) to platinum blonde in 1 day. I love the way she does my hair. I always leave feeling my best and like a new woman. The salon is great. Very clean and the staff are always nice. I feel the price for my service is reasonable. Tiffany takes her time to do my hair correctly and she’s on her feet. I pay the price for the service plus tip her well because of that.

Critical: Quality, ValueAs a business owner you know first hand you will make mistakes because no one is perfect but atleast offer to fix it even if you don’t decide to give money back. This is the ethical way to do business, guess not everyone shares that same ethic.Disappointed…How you gonna charge almost $300 for highlights. Seriously lesson learned if a hair stylist says “let me take you outside in the sun, to show you your highlights because you won’t be able to see them in doors” should be the first sign that there is NO highlights! Mind you I had dark hair so I know the tone would not be extremely light but cmon really, this is a joke! If you want to WASTE your money and mess up your scalp,and in the process your dignity and confidence, this is the place to go. I was trying this salon out for the first time as I had purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian blow out, and expected good customer service after reading the reviews. I also went ahead for a root touch up. I typically have my roots touched up every 4-6 weeks and have never in over 10 years had an ALLERGIC reaction…So after my scalp started itching and got red/inflamed I let the stylist MELISSA know. Her reaction was, ‘even if I rinse your hair, you have to pay’…Immediately, with clamps on my hair still, I got up, paid and left in tears and pain. I found this unacceptable and contacted the owner DANIELLE. She CLAIMS they use quality products and proceeded to give me ‘professional advice’ on what to do with my hair. Like I wouldn’t go straight home to rinse off this mess and soothe my scalp, ears and forehead??! I asked her again for a refund and she DECLINED, said I shouldn’t focus on the MONEY SPENT. As a responsible business owner who cares about great customer service, she could’ve at least offered me treatment with a different product, a voucher, anything…Needless to say I will not be returning to this salon, and I WARN you against going there. I do not blame them for my reaction (even though this has never happened to me before), but I do hold them responsible for their poor costumer service regarding this issue. Apparently money is way more important than clients.

I think many of us clients rely on reviews for guidance on whether we should trust a salon or not. Unfortunately, the horrible reviews catch our eye and steer us away. I’ve learned to take reviews with a grain of salt because let’s be honest, many people have unrealistic expectations and then pout when they don’t look like the celeb photo they showed. All of this to say, Jenn did an awesome job on my haircut!! Wherever I go, they cut my hair so short because of split ends. Jenn gave me gorgeous layers that actually made my hair feel longer! She listened and gave me the bangs I asked for, now it’s up to me to be able to replicate the styling at home. Thank you for giving my hair life again!

My hair looks good. It was mostly what I asked for. The two stars: I had cold water on my head for rinsing numerous times. I was there for 4 hours I wasn’t anything to drink. There’s a lot of gossip amongst stylist. Not a pampering place. It’s just ok.
