Fantastic!! I haven’t had such a nice haircut in years. Maybe ever. This salon is so friendly and laid back, but the results were that of a high end salon. Reasonabley priced too. Victoria cut and colored my hair and she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job. She spent 3 hours making sure every hair on my head was perfect. The owner is hands on and very friendly and helpful. This is the place to go if you want your hair done right!!

Nice location, huge salon, sweet people. The only issue is that i explained my colour issue on the phone, asking to book a consultation, they were the only salon who said they had the perfect solution and described what they’d do. But when i arrived they said they couldn’t do it.

I did not have the positive experience that others have noted. I waited in town for my appointment. When I got there Alejandra had left. I was not informed my appointment with her was canceled. There were 2 hairdressers that seemed to be in training. One couldn’t cut my style of hair, the other said she probably could but her next appointment was 1 hour later. The girl who helped me was friendly and tried her best. It’s too bad – I was looking forward to trying Rock, Paper Scissors bc of rave reviews. After being in town all day, personally I won’t go back. This has happened to me b4 in Santa Fe.

I really had high hopes for this place, but it ended up being a real disappointment. While the stylist was friendly and nice, she did not give me what I asked for. I specifically said I wanted a full color, and that’s what I booked for, but instead ended up getting brassy highlights. My hair is three different colors right now, and just looks incredibly unflattering. Such a waste of money.

The place is nice and my first haircut was fine but scheduling an appointment for color was difficult . I called three times and each time was told I’d be called back to schedule an appt. i never received a call back. I called a fourth time just today and finally scheduled an appt but feel very overlooked and wonder if they value my business or anyone’s business. My appt had been cancelled due to weather wh is understandable but not being called back after talking w the salon three times is not understandable.

Critical: ProfessionalismThere are so many great places to get your haircut in Santa Fe. This is not one of them. The only person with any competence and talent is the owner, unfortunately. Just took my daughter in for a cut, she has fine but thick curly hair- and a grown out bob that was to her shoulders. We asked for a clean up and a chin length bob. My daughters hair is razored so badly she doesn’t have any hair left at all. The top layer is 2”, not exaggerating. Unfortunately this isn’t fixable! There’s no hair left to work with.
