My wife and I enjoyed our couple’s package starting off with a relaxing whirlpool experience followed by an aromatherapy steam shower with body scrub, then a blue stone massage, facial, and pedicure. Wonderful service and excellent attention to detail makes Rock Haven one of the best spa experiences in America!

The hot tub had leaves, grass, and misc tree seeds floating in it. Also the beverages where like warm at all locations. I fell down twice because of unexpected changes in floor elevations in dark areas. A middle aged lady who we did not know fell down a flight of stairs and messed up her ankle. Not a whole lot of assistance for her condition. My wife helped her more than the staff. Communication was poor through the whole process from beginning to the end. We will give them one more opportunity to serve and see how that goes. Sometimes everyone can have a bad day.

All I can say is WOW! I’ve been to Rock Haven numerous times and it never ceases to amaze me. I love the décor, the ambiance, the staff, EVERYTHING! It is amazing how you can always be with the ones you come with, you aren’t around tons of other people, it’s extremely relaxing and the prices are amazing! I usually go to 2 other spas a year in addition to Rock Haven and nothing ever compares! If I lived closer I would be there once a month! Truly mind blowing experience!

My wife and I recently visited for a couples spa, What a beautiful location and memorable experience. Everything from the pedicure to the massages to the most beautiful view out the loft overlooking the draw while listening to the peacocks, I just cant explain why this experience is a must!
