Rock City Tattoo is a private studio (appointment based) owned and operated by Lila Rees, opened in 2008. Lila offers custom design work so you can turn your ideas into an original tattoo. The shop is more art forward and focuses more on the artistic side of the craft. Lila specializes in black and grey realism, ornamental, freehand, watercolor and fine line work tattooing, but not limited to these styles.

I enjoy my tattoo, it looks good, but I chose this artist who was an hour away from me because of her previous work on her website that was beautiful, especially of flowers, and so when i went for my tattoo and she just went on Pinterest and pulled a photo of a flower, printed it and barely changed it I was pretty bummed. I have since had it added to to be more original. She also commented on the artist of one of my other tattoos and how they did bad work, and how she disliked them. Pretty unprofessional and would seriously not recommend.
