I received Botox and lip filler from Liz and I 110% trust her with my face. I have 1.5 syringes in my lips and they looks so naturally plump. I get compliments daily on my lips!! When I tell people I have lip filler they are shocked because they look so good. I highly recommend Liz and Rochester laser center to anyone looking for injections. All staff is super kind and warm. Liz always goes above and beyond listening to my concerns and I would never trust anyone else to do my filler!

I went in to Rochester Laser to get treatment for TMJ. They told me that we will start off slow and increase dosage until i was relieved of pain. I started off with 25 unit of botox on my jaw (50 units total). After 2 weeks i felt no relief at all so i schedule a consult an went back in. Steve was in a rush and injected both side of my jaw with another 25 each (another 50 total). within a few days i could no longer smile and i had no idea what was happening to my face. Everyone kept asking me what was wrong but i had no idea until i realized it was the botox. I called them immediately and came in for another consultation. The sent in an “injection specialist” and Steve never even came in to see what was wrong. She pretty much told me there is nothing they can do for me. They told me my body would metabolize the botox in a month. Here we are 2 months later and it’s still as bad. I haven’t been able to be in a normal picture for 2 months! i am constantly asked what is wrong with my face! and this management says “the botox did what it was intended to do”. Not even close, i cant smile AND i haven’t gotten relief from grinding and clenching from my TMJ. I asked for a refund at least and they denied that as well. DO NOT GO TO A CLINIC THAT CAN’T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I am beyond self conscious and they have done the complete opposite of what was promised. So disappointed.

Rochester Laser Center is excellent for a variety of services – I recommend them all. Their team is very knowledgeable and so nice! They make you feel very comfortable. They go above and beyond – you will definitely notice a difference from other practices. Highly recommend!

Nice folks, the job they did do was good. This is a expensive pedicure with steps on how to manage your nails moving forward. So, yes a two for a very expensive pedicure and their pitch they’ll cure you.
