DO NOT COME HERE. I had previously written a review about my poor experience here, but it has only gotten worse. It is the gift that keeps on giving. My nails were not only cut painfully short but while she was filing my nails she cut the skin in multiple places. And one of those cuts became infected because the file she used was previously used and probably had a monumental amount of bacteria on it. Below are photos of my nails and the first 2 photos show how gross it looks now.

I reached out and they had me in the salon within 24 hours getting my nails done. Mia was fantastic the entire time and provided such a wonderful experience. I went in yesterday to get my nails done at m my friend’s recommendation. I scheduled an appointment same day easily. Very happy with the wonderful service I received from my nail tech, she was amazing! Took time to chat with me while ensuring my nails looked fantastic. Very reasonable price, especially compared to Detroit where I normally get my nails done. Will be returning!

I have been searching for a nail salon since moving into the area. The owner (I think it was her) was kind enough to squeeze me in first thing in the morning, with Christmas only 6 days away! She did a perfect job, did not hurt me at all like most places do because I am a nail biter and my nails are very short! The only thing was I guess I got confused about the pricing from online, but it’s not a problem at all I will bring the extra $$ money in two week to make up for it because trust me this place is worth it!!!

This was beyond disappointing. Idk the name of the woman who did my manicure, but what terrible results. This is the first time in my life that I did not leave a tip. The manicure didn’t include a hand massage and she did not have me wash my hands after she filed my nails (barely filed, mind you) the nails were not shaped or buffed properly and she just started painting the base coat with the nail file shavings still on my nail. Absolutely the worst manicure I’ve ever received, I wish I would have spoken up when I was there. I’m not usually one to leave rough reviews unless I think it’s truly necessary….this is unacceptable to charge someone for. I could’ve slapped some dollar store paint on my nails at home and had it look better. The fact that this passes as a manicure is pathetic.

Critical: QualityI made an appointment here to have gel removed. I normally would not leave a bad review, but the man was so abrasive with my already brittle nails he actually nicked me above my pinky nail and at the nail bed on my ring finger. As you can see by the pictures my nails look pretty battered. This isn’t my regular nail place, so I hadn’t planned on returning. They do not clean the tools in between clients. The tools she used on me literally had “nail dust” on them. And then I watched the tech next to me take care of 2 clients and use the same tools on them without cleaning them.The product was nice, nails are very pretty, I just hope I don’t get an infection.
