Just moved to East Hanover and badly in need of a haircut. 2 – 3 weeks overdue due to CoVid quarantine.Had noticed this established, off the beaten path location and decided to call them first after several poor to mediocre cuts at the well known chains.It’s hard to know my schedule in advance, and having a long to do list I called to see if an appointment was available within 15 – 30 minutes. The telephone receptionist put me on hold for a couple of minutes and told me that they would be able to see me in 15 minutes. I arrived right at the 15 minute mark and was greeted by the receptionist. I waited a couple of minutes and the hair dresser was ready.Friendly, professional and took the time to learn my preferences for the cut, and was able to give me the best cut I’ve had in years.Large, CLEAN, attractive space.
