Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was recently in the Knoxville area and in desperate need of a haircut. While scheduling an appointment is usually my preference, travel has not allowed me to do so as of late.That being said, after contacting/visiting a few shops in the area, Roc Shop was by far the most professional accommodating in the area. Ella, the receptionist was very friendly. She asked what preferences I had from both a hairstyle and grooming standpoint. She then confirmed an appointment for me that day with Kattie. Let me say that I am quite particular about how my hair is both cut and styled and Kattie exceeded those expectations by a mile. Beyond her skill, she was welcoming and. professional offering her expertise to ensure I got the best experience at Roc Shop. If you are in the area or new to town, I would definitely recommend this barber shop and Kattie for your next cut.
