After reading all these good reviews, I’m not sure how my experience could’ve been so different, but it was. Came in to touchup the back, repeated myself at least five times to make sure we’re on the same page, even pointed with my hands the exact area. She nodded and smiled the whole time, and then in one quick motion chopped 2/3, a good 3′ on the side. Choppy buzz cut in the back, not what I came to a stylist for. She gave me back $20 out of $25, so someone else could finish what she started. Her words.
