To make a long story short I had been coming here for months. A stylists butchered my thick long hair. I was barely compensated for the wrong doing. Every time I’d come back there would be more issues arising because of the original botched haircut and comments made about my hair just “showing everything.” If there wasn’t an error made during a $300 service then my hair wouldn’t be showing the inexperience that hairstylist had. The last time I went I got my hair colored lighter to correct yet another mistake and it was revealed the front of my hair was completely hacked off. I will never be going back here. I do not recommend it. I never received an actual apology for how they ruined my hair. I’m a new mother and just wanted to feel beautiful and they caused the opposite of that. It’s impossible to style my hair and infuriating that their fix was that I wear my hair curly when that is not how I style my hair my naturally straight hair. I was being very patient with them and I wasn’t going to post a review but I truly don’t want this happening to anyone else.

I went to this Salon and was assigned Jackie as my stylist. Being worried about my damaged blonde hair I really had nothing to worry about, within a couple of visits the strength of my hair improved dramatically, so much so I could even have new hair extensions – which I have always wanted but my hair wasn’t strong enough to take them. I would recommend Jackie to anyone who wants to keep their bleached blonde look, but needs to improve the quality of their hair. 5 stars.

I recently had the best experience seeing Jacqueline at Robyn Michelle salon! She is truly so talented and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for with my hair. I showed her a photo of what I really loved and she did exactly that, just better! I am very picky about my cut and blonde and I truly couldn’t be happier with the results, I absolutely love my hair. The salon is beautiful and everyone there was so nice – Jacqueline absolutely has a long term customer in me!

I highly recommend this salon especially Brittany! I have followed Brittany for the last 3 years and will only have her do my hair! I can’t say enough how talented she is and how she listens to what you want and will give her professional advice to make sure you walk out with the most beautiful hair ever! Brittany has taken my hair from brunette to blonde and back to brunette and I never loved my hair so much!
