The salon has recently been redecorated and looks much more modern. There are still some finishing touches that need to be done, but it’s a great improvement. Stephanie gave me the perfect trim and I couldn’t be happier with her professionalism and expertise. Don’t let the relatively low prices fool you in to thinking you’re going to get a cut-rate service. Rob Roy is a top-drawer operation that is simply reasonably priced.

Went in for a shorter cut and showed the stylist a picture of what I was going for. She did cut it a decent length but then after it was cut parted my hair to the side which now hair is uneven. Didn’t cut my side bang or offer until the cape was already off me. And I continued to say I did want the side bangs back (which were also in the picture). Felt rushed leaving when nobody else was in there! Not happy and will never go back.
