If you are unsure about whether or not you want to do this, definitely get a consult at RHRLI. They are consummate professionals; very kind and caring through the whole process. I don’t think you’ll find a better place to get a transplant on Long Island. Dr. Gohil and all the nurses make you feel very safe and taken care of throughout the surgery and they are very transparent about how the whole process works. Dr. Gohil calls you both before and after the surgery to talk to (and reassure) you through the pre-op and post-op process. Special shout out to Mike, the patient advisor, who was very responsive and reassuring through the entire post-op process. All-in-all, five stars; I’m almost seven months out and loving the results so far. My only regret is not finding them sooner when I was looking into the process!

Originally I was happy with the end product till I realized that where I had the transplant seems to be uneven. Once the doctor was finished taking the follicles he left the room and the assistants were left to put the follicles in place. One seemed to be rather experienced while the other seemed to be just learning. As a result I have a bald spot on the side where the trainee was working. I was originally told it may take a year for full results. I had the procedure done march of 2020 and I’m still very dissatisfied. Im considering getting an estimate from bosley to fix this mess now. Please do your research !

I was very happy with experience. The staff were welcoming and professional. Everything about the procedure pre-op and post-op were explained to me verbally and it’s easy to follow. The entire process was smooth and uneventful. Dr Gohil and his staff were friendly, professional and meticulous They made me feel very comfortable. After 6 months, my transplanted hair is growing in wonderfully and it looks terrific. I am so glad to have had this procedure. It looks great and no one can tell. I Highly recommend it to everyone.

Moving forward with a hair transplant was a big decision for me. From the moment I walked into the office of RHRLI, I felt very comfortable. Michael Petroglia handled the client education aspect of my initial visit and he did a fantastic job of thoroughly educating me on the various treatment options that were available to me. On the day of my treatment, Dr. Gohil and his staff were totally dialed into me and the procedure I was about to undergo, which put me at ease. His mastery of the procedure was obvious and he has an excellent bed side manner. The rest of Dr. Gohil’s staff including the nurses were exceptionally warm and professional. I am very happy with the way the whole thing went and I am looking forward to some outstanding results as time goes on. I would recommend Dr. Gohil and RHRLI to anyone.
