TERRIBLE!!! I called here to find out if they have the vacuum system on the end of their clippers as I have a child with sensory issues. The woman said “no, and we aren’t interested”. Then HUNG UP on me. Then proceeded to not answer the phone when I called back. Obviously someone lacks customer service or the desire to gain customers. Would not recommend AT ALL.
