It was my first time going here to get my haircut and I saw Becca. She did an amazing job! She listened to me, asked me if I liked it and if it was what I wanted. She was very social and friendly! She was welcoming and made my experience wonderful in addition to my great cut! I haven’t had someone cut my hair and I actually leave loving it in a long time. I will definitely be going back!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this place for a perm in the winter of 2017 when I was a student at Whitewater. A very young girl did the design and actual work for my hair. After the perm, I looked 10 or 15 years older after the perm and this is not the worst thing. The chemical liquid damaged my scalp, follicles, hair nerve and hair. My hair was dry and ugly for the entire year until the new hair grew out. However, the new hair’s quality was much worse than my previous hair. ALSO, the hair roots were in sharp pain when I comb my hair when there are knotted hair UNTIL NOW. The doctor said this is nerve damage and no medication can help with this. I now can only use expensive conditioner to make my hair look smooth and take vitamins to hope the hair quality improve, also take GABAPENTIN to control but not cure the pain and the chronic scalp itching. Very bad experience. BE CAREFUL and AVOID THIS PLACE! BEWARE. Husband just came home from getting a haircut here and I am at a loss. I have zero experience and I can do a better job than this. There is no blending and you can clearly see where they switched guards. Patchy and uneven. I would be embarrassed if I let a client walk out of my salon looking like this!
