Got a gal that was new I guess, her name was Christine I asked for a haircut. I have cowlicks and we were talking about them and she said oh theres ways to deal with and she cut them so short hair sticks unlike a rooster. My haircut is so disgusting I won’t go out of the house. I’m so embarrassed. Her reply was the difference between a good and bad haircut is 2 weeks. I have called barb 4 times and she will not call me back. I wanted a refund.

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled and asked for availability for a simple hair cut, since I figured the website info with “walk ins welcome” was not accurate during this time. I asked if they had anything today or Monday, was told Monday. I had to ask for times, was given 2 options, I then asked if I could call back. I just needed to figure out when would work for my ride that day since I currently am on crutches. The woman on the phone(Connie? Tony? Could not hear her name when she said it) literally sighed and huffed “ok” I thanked her and she said “yeah” in an irritated tone. I hung up the phone and won’t be calling back or ever going there again. You’re a hair dresser. I called to schedule services, and I got attitude for it? For a long time I have loved Robins Nest. I just recently got my hair cut there and didn’t have a decent time. Renee was not friendly, rough with the clippers and did not make conversation at all. When I was trying to tell her what I wanted she said she will do it her way. The hair cut looks great but I was not pleased with the professionalism with Renee.
