BEWARE: My brother with special needs came here to receive a regular pedicure. The job that was done was absolutely horrible and when we confronted the owner, Ivan, about it, he refused to fix it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, there are dozens of nail salons on Robertson that will put the time and effort in to do a good job. The pictures are attached are AFTER the pedicure.

Dissatisfied. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I always ask if they have the matching polish for both gel and regular (for feet) when I asked the girl said yes of course. I picked my color. A deep burgundy. Half way through my treatment, another customer became vocal that she did not know it was CASH ONLY. I didn’t know it was cash only either. Which again, I always look for the sign before I enter. The owner if the salon started calling her rude and she should know that every nail salon is cash only and she should know that. I felt bad because I had not known that either and it wasn’t posted anywhere. I quitely asked the girl doing my manicure if there was an ATM around because I did t realize it was cash only. (I was embarrassed to even ask since I didn’t want them to start heckling me too!) Anyway, the girl doing my toes went to get the match to the color I choose. It was not even close. So much darker, and looked BLACK! There was no hint of red in it. I told her that was too dark. She then brought another one that was just slightly lighter then the black one. I told her again it was too dark and that I did not like it. She then started speaking another language to the manicurist and they both seemed annoyed by me. She painted one of my toes and said, “see it’s the same color” and continued painting the rest. It looks black on my toes with how many coats she put on. I was hesitant to say anything for fear of them harassing me like they did that last customer. Also, while I was busy cringing at my new GOTH toes, my manicurist was giving herself a manicure right at my arm rest, USING THE SAME TOOLS SHE JUST USED ON ME!!! And to top it off one of HER NAIL flew in to my lap while she was cutting them! So gross! I will not be back.

Asked for acrylics. Was shuffled around from Tech to Tech. They tried to convince me not to get acrylics. I should have listened, stupid me. They put on a new set. It looked good but three weeks later when I came in for a fill eight of them came off. They did not use primer. This is a churn and burn kind of place. It’s okay for a regular manicure pedicure or gel nails but that’s it.

Don’t let Beverly Hills location fool you. Avoid at all costs unless you want an infection. Very UNSANITARY. They don’t sanitize equipment, wear gloves, or wash their hands going from customer to customer or taking calls on their cell while doing your nails.

I went there because I needed to get my nails done ASAP. The girl did a good job but she was SUPER RUSHED ! She was rough with my nails as well… 3 stars because of that BUT she did do a good job.

Very nice staff but the work was not good at all. Price was decent but I rather pay more and have it done right. I got gel x for $60 and all the nail polish was not smooth out – it was all pulled to the edges so. I attached pictures of my pink nails.
