We started off the appointment reviewing the detailed client questionnaire so that she had a good understanding of my current skincare routine and what my expectations were for the appointment. The facial itself was delightful and she took her time with me… no rushing or distractions. Uses the best quality products that all smell amazing! I’m a very sensitive skin person and she took that into account when choosing what to use on my face – no reactions whatsoever! You can tell that Roberta loves what she does, knows her capabilities, and truly has her customer’s best interest in mind. No hidden agenda or fees. Just quality customer service :).
