We are a family owned Salon chain in business since 1980 Our stylists are very special! We select and train them the ROP way. They are not independent contractors and they are not paid on commission so they work together as a team sharing creative knowledge to give you the best possible look. This is very rare in the salon business. They train extensively to be a stylist in our Salons. Most of them have trained 2000 to 3000 hours in addition to their cosmetology school. Our salons feature an edgy, upscale look without the attitude . The Salon culture thrives on kindness and positivity.

I cannot praise this salon enough. The space is beautiful, with tall windows. The salon chairs are extremely comfortable for a short person. The associate staff were friendly and efficient. Most importantly, Brittany did a splendid job of making over what had been a very bad cut and color from elsewhere. She listened carefully, was meticulous in what she did, and I came away with a vastly improved cut and beautiful nuanced color. Will definitely return! Best hair experience in Naples since moving here!!!

Brittany did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I had her do all over color to match my natural color and it is on point. So rich and beautiful. Before cutting my hair I let her know I had some breakage that I’ve always been self conscious of and she made me feel so good about it. She cut my hair wonderfully with some layers and a little face framing. The best part was the style of my hair at the end. She did a blow out and I felt so good! This is the first time I’ve ever left a salon and didn’t want to run home to restyle it. It was perfect and I’m trying to learn how to style it just the way she did because I was and am in love with my hair. Thank you so much!
