This salon is awesome! The front desk lady (so sorry, forgot the name) and Rocio, my stylist, were consummate professionals. I was warmly greeted and my partial highlight took only 65 minutes, which is amazing. My hair looks fabulous and it was so efficient. She was so friendly and kind, and honored a discount I had been (incorrectly) offered – there had been a mix up and she honored it, no questions asked. I love this place and will be back, often. 5 stars!

Amber did my hair and she was great!I went from almost halfway down my back to a shaggy Bob. She was very nervous cutting me that short, Im assuming because most girls have an extreme attachment to their hair. I did come back to have her fix it, not her fault AT ALL I didn’t quite realize the layers weren’t short enough till I got home and played with it. It was more of a lob and I wanted basically a circa 1990 joan jett fullet. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier!

Critical: QualityMy appointment was with Nobie today but, after a couple times of calmly asking her to stop shaving/cutting hair off my neck, she had me explain atleast 3 more times fully the haircut I want, & kept denying that she did that. There was a long pause & she said “I dont know, I dont feel comfortable cutting your hair anymore.” She left me there for about 10-15 while trying to get someone else to cut my hair (it seemed.) The lady who did my hair was nice about it.For context the cut was a bob, had me pay 50 USD (which is the listed price on their site for a woman’s haircut) & still didn’t line up the cut. I’m not upset that the original stylist didnt want to continue the cut, or really about the un-even line, I’m kinda upset that from the start of the cut she did the ONE THING I asked her NOT TO though. Overpriced Salon like previous review said. Robert hires anyone who graduated from an aveda school- NOT based on their talent or training. Very hit or miss. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. Over processed hair, charged for things I didn’t ask for, the bill is always a surprise at the end instead of being up front for what you’re paying for- it’s their money making gimmick- but this last time was the last straw. The woman I booked with doesn’t even understand color. Not only that but I asked for semi-permanent maroon and she put in PERMANENT BLACK and left it in so long that it over processed my hair. My hair is permanently damaged, breaking off and I’ve consulted with several hairstylists that said I can’t lift the color for 8 months!! Robert refuses to refund me even though I paid for the opposite of what I asked for and if left me with irreversible damage. So unethical.

I was traveling from Tennessee. Googled for a Aveda salon as that’s where I go when home. I was on time. Masks were required. Had to wait and no one bothered to tell me the length of wait time. I was nervous being in a new place. It seemed really busy. I saw other customers look confused as they also waited for their beautician. After 12 min I left. My salon at home (Spa 53) would have NEVER given me so little attention or made me wait without telling me what was going on.

I requested to get a balayage and a hair cut which I got… however I was extremely unhappy with how it looked. The balayage was extremely over processed on the underneath and was practically white instead the blonde i wanted. The very front pieces of my hair were literally orange and the entire thing looked like chunky/ streaky highlights. My hair cut was extremely uneven. Both of these things i did not notice until after i left the salon. We had a wonderful time and great hair cuts! My daughter especially loved hers. The beautician really took her time and made her feel comfortable because she was going from very long hair to a short style and was VERY nervous. My daughter was, and still is, absolutely thrilled! It was a little pricey, but worth every penny!
