I’ve had a few piercings from Robbie and more recently my child had their ears pierced by her. All experiences were fantastic. Robbie takes time to fully explain everything to the kids and doesn’t sugarcoat what’s going to happen. She assures she won’t trick them with counting down. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. We will be back again in the future!
