Got a short cut so I could donate my ponytails to Children With Hair Loss– loved the cut! Dawn was very kind and friendly and listened exactly to what I wanted from the photos I showed her while asserting her professional style too. It was super quick and I am happy with the result! Great prices too, hard to get a cut under $25 (not including tip) these days. Good combo of chatting and comfortable silence. I called for same day appointment (probably better to do this just to be safe) but they do walk ins as well, depending on availability. Will definitely have this place in mind for future cuts!

Liz is the BEST! She does an amazing job EVERY time! I dont trust anyone with my hair the way I trust her. She’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had by far (and I’ve had about 8)! She could be in some stuffy, overpriced salon, because that’s how amazing her work is, but she’s not. She’s affordable AND does impeccable work! She also genuinely loves her job and it shows in the time and effort she puts into each and every client. She always goes the extra mile when she doesn’t have to, or is even asked to. I highly recommend her to anyone for any type of hair stytle, length, cut, color, texture, etc. You dream it and she can do it! REVIEW EDIT: LIZ NO LONGER WORKS AT ROB ROY. SHE IS ON CHANDLER STREET IN WORCESTER NOW!

I am so upset. I had pictures of the cut I wanted. I asked for a long layer over-cut with a short undercut. I ended up with short layers all over! Can’t even fix this! I asked for a specific part of my hair to be cut carefully due to my widow’s peak. I now have a gap. My bangs were not only cut too short, they are VERY uneven. I kept saying I don’t like smooth hair, I like it kinda messy. Misty ignored me and used a small round brush. I had to have her wet my hair and I left the salon that way. I am NOT a complainer, I am friendly and polite. I got home, blow dried my hair and couldn’t believe what had been done. The longish hair that I grew out to do this cut was now too short to do anything at all to fix this!!! THIS is what happens when someone doesn’t take time listen to your requests and just starts cutting away. I am so angry and upset!!!!! And…of course NOTHING will be done about this.

I tried coloring my hair at home and ended up with gray hair which was not my intention at all so I called Rob Roy and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Misty did my hair and she did a fantastic job she was able to completely fix my hair and turn my hair into a perfect light/ dirty blonde with brown undertones giving me a natural sun kissed look. She also recommended products to me in order to keep my hair healthy.
