I had Jessica as my stylist today, and it was my first time being here. I wanted a bob, mostly to even out my hair as it had grown out from a pixie cut, and it didn’t turn out disasterous, but: I had a reference photo that I showed her. I know hair stylists (especially those at chain salons) can’t 100% copy a style from a single reference photo, but it really seemed like she didn’t try. She gave me a basic bob and basic bangs, and I was done within maybe 10 minutes, plus another 5 to check out. I was 3 minutes late to my appointment, so I really hope me being late didn’t cause her to change her attitude towards me. I included my reference photo and my result in this review. Not sure if I would come here again.

Went to do a simple wash and blow dry, was very disappointed. The so call stylist was very pleasant but seems as if she did not to touch my hair. Had to ask to ensure the shampoo touches my scalp..

The ladies here were very nice, but my daughters haircut is terrible. Asked for thick straight across bangs and she got little tiny whisps that are so short, almost close to the very top of her head. I specifically asked for bangs to not be cut too short and now it looks as if she’s a 3 year old with a bad bang trim and she’s a teenager! No way to fix it because cutting it would make them shorter. The rest of the hair has strange uneven pieces that weren’t there before. Paid $27 for an awful haircut.

Super expensive for what they offer and the girl that cut my hair cut it very uneven. One side is longer than the other and the layers don’t even line up. Had to go get a whole new cut somewhere else. They seem very lazy. Asked for one look and didn’t even get close to the look I wanted.

I asked if they knew how to do curly hair and the staff assured me they did. I asked for a lob (long bob) and a blow out. I left looking like a triangle that got hit by lightning. They DID NOT know how to do curly hair AT ALL. This shows that they could care less about the client they just want your money!

3 hours. Curly hair damaged, asked for short hair and showed a pic with ombre hair. Told her that maybe it was not going to bleach well so any color was fine, even all hair dark color. Said no and that she was not going to have time for the next appointment if she did that. I ended up paying a lot of money for a bunch of highlights all over my hair, yellow, because no toner was even used, and as soon as I walked out my hair looked like it was hit by lightning. Please AVOID. I had to go to Sallys to get hair dye because it was that bad. If I could give it zero stars I would. It would have looked better if I did it myself.
