My first visit and definitely not my last. My experience was well above my expectations. The salon was clean, open and bright. Lots of windows for natural light and the river view is amazing. My stylist, Tiffany Macek, took the time to listen and understand what style I wanted. She made great suggestions based on what I explained and cut my hair perfectly. When Tiffany was done I honestly felt beautiful. My hair was soft, silky and gorgeous!!! Thank you for new look and very pleasant experience.

You can’t help but relax once you walk into this salon. The view of the Mystic river is one of the best views around. As you get a treatment or hair cut you can enjoy the view of the historic homes. All of the stylists are top notch. Rob always cuts my hair perfectly and it grows back nicely too. I don’t ever go through an awkward hair phase before going back.

I love this salon, I have been a client for many years and have always had great service. Rob runs a tight ship and it shows. The salon is beautiful inside and out and shows the attention to detail shown in everything they do. Yes, it is more expensive then other salons, but you get what you pay for. The location is right on the mystic river with incredible views from the spa down stairs and the salon upstairs. The salon is clean and beautifully styled in a mission style of woodwork and paintings by local artists. Lots of style points.

The salon is meticulously cared for inside and out. It is located along the scenic Mystic rivers, with views of the Bascule Bridge, Mystic Seaport, and historic houses. The looks are not the only thing this salon and spa has to offer. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and experienced. Most stylists and estheticians seem to have been at the salon for over ten years. This shows in the care they put into the work. I couldn’t praise them enough.
