Received a pedicure, this is my second time coming back. The first time service was good, but when they polished my toenails it was a horrific job. I assumed it could have just been the polish I picked, so I was like I will give them another try. Came back the second time same results with a different type of color. I returned the next morning to show and they where very friendly and changed the color, but this will be my last time coming.

I have been going to this salon for a few years and finally had to stop going. They lose their best techs regularly. Adel and Jilliana were the best, the are gone and you won’t find any that are as good as they are. The last one I went to was very rude, abrasive and downright insulting. I had enough and moved to a place that treats their customers nice and are welcoming and accommodating. Do not ever go to Crystal. She does not treat her customers well at all. She was extremely rude to me, and I had been a customer for awhile. And yes, like one other reviewer said, you always feel that the techs are talking about you in their own language, very rude. They do not seem to care if they lose customers. There are plenty of good nail places around, there is no reason to take this treatment, after all, we are the customer and are paying for these services.

The pedicure was good, but it took 2 1/2 hours to get a pedicure and a full set. Technician kept getting up and doing other peoples nails and toes. Nails are different lengths, crooked and bad paint job! The first technician doing my nails also bailed and left me with someone else…unacceptable! They also took over an hour to even start on my daughters set of nails. And talked her into solar nails but didn’t ask me the person paying! Extremely disappointed

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am not normally in this area but today we were and I stopped in here for gel nails and a pedicure. The people in here were SO NICE! Danny did my manicure and Angie did my pedicure and I cannot stress enough how patient, gentle, and kind they were. I’ve had my nails done and often times they’re in a rush or a little rough and Danny and Angie were not. They took their time and my nails look amazing. They were very detail oriented too which I loved. I am not normally in this area but today we were and I stopped in here for gel nails and a pedicure. The people in here were SO NICE! Danny did my manicure and Angie did my pedicure and I cannot stress enough how patient, gentle, and kind they were. I’ve had my nails done and often times they’re in a rush or a little rough and Danny and Angie were not. They took their time and my nails look amazing. They were very detail oriented too which I loved. Even though I’m not this area often, I will definitely start making this a place to come to when I need my nails done.

Guy who did my nails couldn’t speak a word in English, and did very awful job. Polish peeled the same day, nails weren’t polished good… Quite disappointed ☹️ But girl upfront was very friendly, offered something to drink twice. Maybe I just got a wrong person?

Fast and friendly service! Highly recommend. I received a powder dip ombre light pink into gold. The cost was roughly 45 dollars, so a bit pricey but looks great in person!

The visit started great until I mentioned I remembered coming in pre COVID and sitting with a technician who did n amazing job with my nails. That’s when it all went downhill and the woman doing my feet and wax turned into a viper. Apparently she and the technician did not end on good terms and she decided I was a good punching bag. My bad for not getting up and walking out but with autism and anxiety it’s hard to get a read on people until after the fact. After I said the techs name she became rough with my feet to the point of abusive. She stopped speaking to me and started speaking to the woman beside her. I was glad when my toes were painted and stupid me went back for the face wax. She put the wax on too cold and in really large patches. When going back for leftover wax she was again just this side of abusive, almost punching at my face and neck. She put two different creams on my face and by the time I got to the counter I was breaking out in hives. Benadryl and the rest of my Saturday was done. Three days later and I still have to apply Benadryl cream to my face to calm the itching burning bumps that came up shortly after the hives went away. Thanks but no thanks. Never again, you folks have been warned.
