Kelly Martindale greeted me warmly when I arrived for my massage appointment at Roanoke Massage Therapy. The room was so inviting, spotless, and calming. I was immediately at ease. I was having shoulder pain and had tense back muscles. Once on the table Kelly helped me to relax so I could get the full experience of her technique. It is hard to explain how she eased my shoulder pain but the knot I felt in my shoulder blade was released.
