I went to get my eyebrows threaded today. I come in and the two ladies at the front were eating. Which is honestly fine. What wasn’t fine is the woman who did my eyebrows didn’t wash her hands or use hand sanitizer even after I just saw her take a bite of her food. She rushed through the job, and it REALLY hurt. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for a decade now. I went home to wash my face from the dirty hands and noticed I have a cut above my eye from her going so quickly and carelessly. On top of this, her nails had dirt under them, and she talked to her coworker the whole time across the room. Did not say one word to me. I even tipped when I left. I will not be recommending until sanitary actions are established and maintained. Nor come back, since I now do not trust I will not get a threading burn/scratch.

I should have gotten her name however her customer service spoke for itself. Top tier customer care. Very pleasant & professional I will return for a facial and eyebrows. I like it here. Keep up the good work and professionalism. It’s hard to find places like this. Again check them out. Thanks for a good time. You’ve gained a life long customer/supporter.

I was one of only 7 customers that day at 3pm. The woman asked me to come back in an hour because she was on her lunch break (not eating). When I came back she threaded my brows on a chair with no neck brace that was incredibly painful. She finished in 4 minutes, missed a lot of spots, and wasn’t incentivized to fix that at all. Would not recommend

I’ve tried a bunch of salons in SA for eyebrow threading, but this one quickly became my preferred one. Mira consistently does an amazing job, and I’ve never been disappointed with the results. 🙂

I’ve gone to the same eyebrow place for about 10 years. Its kind of far from me so my daughter recommended this place. The 1st time the girl took off too much on the arch but I decided to give it another try. Thankfully I came across a nice lady whos name I forgot but works Monday afternoon and Thursday. She noticed the error and advised me on how to correct it. My eyebrows look great now and I always get compliments.

I didn’t want to walk through mall to get to my usual place so I decided to try this one. Everything about this place was amazing! The staff was super friendly and nice, had a great conversation while I got serviced. The facility was spotless and had a very sleek modern look. The threading process was fast and I barely felt any pain! I didn’t catch the woman’s name but her work was FLAWLESS . I usually don’t try new places when it comes to my self maintenance. I didn’t want to walk through mall to get to my usual place so I decided to try this one. Everything about this place was amazing! The staff was super friendly and nice, had a great conversation while I got serviced. The facility was spotless and had a very sleek modern look. The lady was like in a rush and this is the 2nd time it happened, but this time she scratch and cut my face and my daughter’s, i been going here for 6 months, the other girl is/was a lot more friendly and relax. Idk if I would go back, but definitely not to her
