My name is Rena crivaro, my stylist was pauletta she is the worst stylist ever I asked for blonde highlights and I came out with my hair looking exactly the same Brown I asked for blonde highlights and I got brown highlights and I wound up paying $210 when you ask for something for a consultation you tell the stylus what you want but you come out with total opposite your hair looks exactly the same so I’m very upset and I think she is a horrible stylist that’s my opinionso now I will go home and fix the mess that she made
