Fantastic spa! I’ve loved every single therapist I’ve gotten for sports massage. They are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Occasionally I have to reschedule and it’s never a problem. Go see them! I promise you will not be disappointed! They also offer you a complimentary glass of champagne after so you really get that spa, relaxation vibe.

So, I had been searching for a new spa to try out after the last one I had gone to wasn’t working out for me, I wanted a higher level of expertise & a nicer place to go to. When I first went I did not choose my massage therapist but was automatically assigned one & I have been seeing her ever since! Briana Jones was amazing, she took into account what I do for work (I am a Respiratory Therapist, I work 3-4 12 hour shifts a week) & she was able to construct a massage that was perfect for what my body goes through. The whole atmosphere of this place is amazing, you can feel the relaxing energy as soon as you walk in, the whole staff are very nice & accommodating. I have since signed up for the monthly membership & highly recommend this place to anyone & everyone I can!

My husband and I had a couples massage and the environment in the room was so peaceful and relaxing. We both agreed it was the best massages we’ve ever had — and we get them regularly!! The staff was so kind and courteous. The massage therapists were respectful and listened to our needs. We really enjoyed our time here.

I can’t believe I’ve never rated this spa! I love it. I sadly don’t live in Dallas anymore but every time I come back to visit I make a trip in for a facial or a massage. James is always my go-to for facials and he’s so knowledgeable. He always does a great job customizing for what my skin needs at that time. He’s so kind and it’s really a joy to spend time with him during my facial! Jaime is who I’d always go to for massages and he is fantastic. Really miss the ambiance of this place as it was always a place for me to find peace but please go if you live nearby. Their membership is so reasonable for the quality of the service and treatments you get. Can’t recommend enough!

I have been a member at Riviera for about a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience! I like to try out different therapists/technicians, and everyone I’ve met has been good at what they do and professional. I will say get the sports massage if you really want deep tissue, but even my Swedish massages were good firm pressure.

I went to the location to celebrate my Sorority Sister’s Birthday with a Relaxing Spa Experience as a group. This was my first time here and it was NOT a Relaxing experience for me. I paid over $200 for a 50 minute massage and the young lady who was my masseuse was just getting over a cold (I later found out) coughed quite often, which gave me anxiety. She did not wear a mask during my service, therefore I couldn’t relax to enjoy my service. Although she was very nice, I was not pleased with the service and DO NOT plan on visiting again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Riviera Spa!! My last massage was with Linny for 80 minutes. She was spectacular!! I have never had a bad massage here. They work out your problem areas, and you leave feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I happened upon this place by accident, but it has been a GREAT experience. Go get your massage people! Being well helps you mentally, physically, and emotionally! Plus, they have a VERY relaxing ambiance feel in the room before going back with your therapist. And you can choose red or white wine! This place is FABULOUS!

My husband and I had our first couple massage at this location. We absolutely loved it! Staff were great. A special shout out to Tiffoni and Braychelle who did our relaxing massage! I would totally recommend the Yoga Balm as well
