Great experience very relaxing environment. The steam room is amazing. Everyone was friendly. Blane was so personable. The front desk was welcoming. The relaxation room with a cup of tea is a must. Definitely a place we’re you can remind yourself. Your important self love is the best and Bella Spa did not disappoint.

This was the best. Spa experience ever! I got the Fire and Ice massage. It includes time in the sauna room and relaxation room. Angela was seriously amazing. It is so clean and feels luxurious. The use a parking garage shared by other businesses so make sure to account for that in your travel time. I’d also suggest arriving early because the clock starts at the exact time of the appointment. It’s not cheap but they do have Groupons available. I would 100% come back!

Blane was amazing! He made me feel at home and at peace. I felt extremely comfortable in the environment, he made sure that I felt safe and at ease. I loved the vibes of the spa. Julia at the front desk was so friendly and kind and provided a warm welcome. Will definitely have to revisit soon!

The only place I’ll go for a spa day when I’m in Nashville. Angela gives the BEST massage, and Shalanna is very knowledgeable when it comes to catering to what your specific skin type needs. Not to mention the amenities are top of the line.

Terrible customer service. My fiancé paid $240 for a couples massage. Due to a travel event we had to move our appointment same time (2PM) to a later date. Turns out in their system our massage time was 1PM (same time they open). I never received a text confirmation and the 1PM time was not verbally or confirmed via text on our end. Only after I called La Bella to check in and confirm the 2PM time the lady asks me on the phone “are you close” which came at a shock as we had our appointment time at 2PM. La Bella did not try to move our time or accommodate the mix up. Therefore – we got a 25 minute massage for $240. I have never been to a spa where at least a courtesy call is made. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in this industry.

Buyer beware, not worth your money! I purchased the “Queen for a day” package and was super disappointed that despite the description on the website and by the front desk, there was no “hot oil massage” included. It was the use of a sauna and salt room, a small salad, a facial, and a body scrub. The services in total came close to $500 with tax and gratuity. Instead of leaving relaxed, I left feeling misled and like I was deceived out of a significant amount of money on what was promised to be a full spa experience.
