Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySo I decided to book a massage with Riviera because of the great reviews but I experienced the total opposite. I booked a appointment over the phone and agreed to a 10am appointment. Showed up at 9:50am to a closed business and no one answering my calls, messages and I also did not get a call back. So I decided to book a massage with Riviera because of the great reviews but I experienced the total opposite. I booked a appointment over the phone and agreed to a 10am appointment. Showed up at 9:50am to a closed business and no one answering my calls, messages and I also did not get a call back. I waited 35 minutes before deciding to leave. Unfortunately, not only did this waste my time but I also had a far commute. Very deceiving and by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

When you call nobody answer and tells you to go to a booking site through Facebook. Then once you complete the booking you pay $5.00 just to book. I paid made the appointment and got a reminder the day of my appointment at 8:00 am 2 hrs. later at 10:00 am I get a cancellation text and email without any explanation. I called them to see what is going on, I text and emailed and nobody got back to me. Not only did they waste my time since I took time from work but they also stole $5.00 from me and now I have to deal with Groupon to get a refund so much for my relaxing evening I ended up being furious.This place is a joke, if you want a headache booking a massage this is the place. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis place was 100%, I went in with upper and mid back pain and sure enough I walked out feeling relax pain-free and sleepy. It was a blissful feeling, will be back soon.
