My Mom bought me a spa package and facial for my birthday. I’ve had numerous massages from all over (NC, TN, Dubai, England, Bahamas, etc.). Vincent’s massage therapy technique is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Prior to starting, he asked me where I wanted extra attention. I said my feet and my hands. I was so disappointed throughout and when he got to my arms/hands on both the left and right, I decided to count how long he spent on each. He spent just under a minute on both arm/hands. I was so thankful when my time was complete. Seriously the worst massage I’ve ever experienced.

I was able to do a 90 minute massage with Ayla and a 60 minute facial with Rachel. I was so comfortable and relaxed with both. This was the best experience I have had and I have had massages in some of the best facilities. I will definitely be booking another appointment with both very soon. Went to Riverwood massage after buying a Groupon. Overall the service and massage was good. Myself and my partner went for a couples massage and it was enjoyable. The pressure and technique was good, although they didn’t do any hard deep work to resolve knots, etc. They also used quite a lot of oil, more than in some other spa massages I’ve gotten.

I had my first massage today at Riverwood. I feel amazing! My wife and I had a couples massage and it was a terrific experience. I recently started running again and Tony was amazing. I will be booking my next massage shortly. I have visited some very expensive spas and our experience here was by far one of the best we have experienced. I would definitely recommend Riverwood to anyone who is looking for a variety of techniques to relax the body. I cannot wait to see how great I feel tomorrow because today after my massage I feel like I could run a half marathon. Thank you Riverwood for a wonderful experience cannot wait to go back.

Very disappointed. We made a reservation for a couples massage. Excited to spoil the birthday girl. We arrived early and where seated to our room. We waited several mins and where informed that their was a schedule mix up and the other masseuse was going to be about ten mins late. Annoying but ok fine. 20 mins later we had to call it time of death for waiting. We drove about an hour to get there and had to leave to go get our kids from school. Also at the same time that other masseuse arrived. Already frustrated. We where given a very unprofessional excuse and not even offered any discount or free massage for next time. Nowhere. So needless to say very disappointed
