Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in yesterday and asked if they accepted walk ins. I was told yes. They asked me to sign in. Then I sat and waited. Another 3 customers came in ( I guess they had appointments) . They received service. I was then asked to sit at a station and pick out a color and told it would be a few minutes. I waited some more. A technician finished up with a customer and came and checked to see what service I was wanting. She then informed me it would be a few more minutes. She then proceeded to start on a pedicure on one of the customers that came in after me. I was there a total of 41 minutes. Very poor customer service. The gentleman who did my 9 yr olds pedi for her bday was great. The lady I had was rude when I asked for specific things done and told me she couldn’t do them. But he was amazing.

I went to the salon for six months. Began to notice slow service time upon arrival greeted with a 5 to 10 minute wait which often lead to 15 to 20 minute wait. Today I walk in and sign in was ask what services I wanted manicure and pedicure or asked to pick my colors I find in at 3:03 at 3:43 PM I was moved to a chair to soak my feet 20 minutes later I decided to ask how much longer was told maybe 15 more minutes so I asked the lady why she didn’t tell me to come back or that it was a long wait? In a very rude tone she said why don’t you ask!?
